We Sell: Is it New, Used, "Grey Market" or
Refurbished?
Everything we
sell is Brand New, Factory Sealed with full manufacturers
warranty. **Keep in mind, these are
warranted products from the manufacturers themselves. We do
not offer or imply any warranty on products sold. We DO NOT deal in
"grey market goods" what so ever. All of our goods are intended for US
sale with warranty.
For those of you who are not familiar with grey market
goods: they
originate overseas and were intended for the country/area they
were sold in. You can
feel safe in knowing that we are a fully operational corporation
with offices here in New York and we are
Square Trade Verified. We have a reference list of prior
customers both consumer and corporate from around the United
States that we can provide you with upon request.
Pricing.

Our pricing is among the best in
the industry. Many
customers tend to only look at the pricing of the plasma, LCD, or
projection system itself. We
will do our best to beat any competitor’s price, but you must
get the “out the door” pricing. Many of our competitors have built their
businesses by luring the customer in with low pricing initially,
and then proceed to mark up freight charges and accessories
immensely. We are
here to earn you as our client for life, not to sell you a system
and move on to our next customer,
or try to play "pricing games". Our job is to be
honest & personable. Chances are,
you are spending a large amount on the technology you are looking
into, and we like to think potential customers want service as
well. Never the
less, please give us the chance to earn your business before you
make a decision. We promise to do our best.
Payment

We accept all major credit cards as we are an
authorized direct merchant. We
also accept Cashiers checks, Paypal and wire transfers.
Wire transfer and cashiers check orders are released upon
payment posting. We prefer not to accept personal checks or
money orders because they can take anywhere from 7-14 business
days for the payment to post.
If you opt to pay via wire transfer or Paypal E-CHECK (from a bank
account, not credit card), we
can save you up to 2% on your order! You can feel secure when
purchasing from our company. We actually have a merchant account where we were thoroughly
inspected by the processors for the credit card companies in order to verify our
company and legitimacy. When considering sending money in advance to any
company you should do your best to find out anything and everything about them.
Warranty
Questions, Issues, and Concerns:
Everything
we sell comes with the original manufacturers warranty.
Unlike many of our competitors, our company welcomes your
phone calls with any issues.
Remember, we are not just an online company; we handle
installation and have large project experience as well. In the
event that you may run into any issues, this allows us to help
you trouble shoot the problem you may have before getting a manufacturer
involved. Please keep in mind that we are offering technical support, and
that we do NOT warranty the products you are purchasing. All
warranty claims and repairs and handled through the manufacturer themselves
and/or the extended warranty company depending on what stage you are at time
wise for warranty.
If we do in fact find that your system needs to be looked
at in person, or in need of repair, we will help you get in contact with the
manufacturer and/or local repair center to get a repair ticket started. You
receive a 10-day
DOA policy. This means if your unit is not working properly, and
we cannot trouble shoot/fix it anytime within the first 10
days after delivery, it will result in
replacement through distribution or the manufacturers.
If
you are interested in further extending your warranty,
we do offer 3 and 5 year extended warranties that give you 100% parts and labor
coverage, in-home service guaranteed with a replacement guarantee in the event
the unit can not be repaired. This means the repair centers travel to you.
There are no deductibles, and they are transferable. These
warranties are offered from among the largest extended warranty
companies in the United States. They have been around for
over 10 years, and
are multi-million dollar a year firms, which are backed by AM
Best A+ rated insurance companies around.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may
have with regards to the extended warranties.
Shipping
/ Freight & Insurance:
All products are shipped with 100%
full insurance. We
only utilize the largest and most reliable carriers in the
trucking industry. We do not “cut corners” and utilize common
delivery companies that are not experienced with moving high-end
technology either. All larger products,
including tvs over 46" are shipped using Motor Freight. Smaller products
are shipped via Fedex and UPS. You can rest assure that we will deliver
your order (as long as item is in stock) within no more than 10-12
business days—in most cases, your product will ship same day.
Upon receiving your shipment, YOU MUST INSPECT the contents of
the package. In the case that you might find a damaged
product, you should refuse shipment, and report any damage to us
within 24 hours, and we will get you out a new unit immediately
at no cost to the customer. Once screens are signed for, they are
no longer covered for physical damage and YOU the customer would
be responsible for paying for a replacement screen should the
freight claim be denied.
Returns /Cancellations:
Any display technology you
purchase from us (Plasma, Projection, or LCD) comes with a 10 day
DOA policy as outlined above---if we can not fix it by trouble
shooting, we will have it repaired immediately, or replaced with
a new unit. You must contact us first to allow us to fix the
problem, and upon finding that we cannot fix it, we will issue
you an Return Authorization number.
All purchases must be inspected immediately and any
physical damage products refused at delivery to be covered by
insurance. Any smaller, non-display technology item with
any problems within 10 days will be replaced with a Return
Authorization number. If
you would like to return an item for reasons other than problem
related issues, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt of
item, and you may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
**We do not accept returns for mounts or small accessories
once opened. Orders
cancelled after processing prior to shipping are subject to 5%
restocking. Cancellation after item
ships will be a 20% restocking fee. Orders refused for damage in transport will
be replaced with a new unit. We strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers, and we
will do our best to accommodate you.
Sales
Tax: Only for orders shipped within New York. New York
Customers, Read On.
Sales
Tax does apply to all orders shipped within New York.
However, our New York customers should also understand that we do
offer consumer and corporate consulting either at your location,
or in our office. You must pay sales tax, but you also have
the opportunity to meet with us and deal directly with our
company and directly with our local manufacturers representatives
upon any potential issues. For those of you outside of New
York, we do work directly with you and outside firms contracted
by the manufacturers if any problems arise. We will do our best
to serve you and make you our customer.
